Nothing everything was great.

Staff, for the most part, went out of their way to be helpful and informative. The hotel was directly on the beach, couldn't have been better situated and my room had a wonderful view. Pareti itself is a tiny hamlet with a lovely, quiet beach.

I informed reception that my frigo bar was empty and was told "they all are, you will need to use the bar". I then informed reception that my air conditioning unit wasnt working and was told "none of them are, open a window!". Not quite the answers I was expecting and completely unacceptable for a hotel claiming a 3 star rating...

The hotel is situated at the beach. Elba Island is amazing!

Old hotel, would need a facelift. Small parking areas and little bit far to the nearest supermarket and restaurant areas. You would need the car all the time. Even to go to different beaches.

The hotel's location near the beach is a highlight, with easy access to the waterfront and stunning views. it's close to a charming village with plenty of dining options. Visitors will enjoy being in front of the beach or definitely-right in front of the beach and having access to a vast amount of private parking on-site.

The hotel's rooms are outdated and in need of refurbishment, which can be disappointing for some guests.

Beachfront location, good parking, friendly staff

I had a great time staying at this hotel. The beachfront location was amazing, and I loved being able to walk to the sea in just a few steps. Parking was good and convenient too, which made my stay much more comfortable. Besides, the staff is friendly and always willing to help me with all my needs.

All I have to say about this hotel is that it was perfect. I found no negatives about my stay, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone traveling to this city.

The snowy and cold weather added some charm to our Christmas vacation, but the warmth of the hotel staff definitely made our stay more comfortable. They provided cozy blankets and hot beverages, which were perfect for a chilly evening. Plus, the location was just perfect - it was just a few steps away from the beach, and there were amazing views from our room.

Despite the great location and attentive staff, the hotel itself was a major letdown. The facilities seemed outdated, and the furnishings were a bit shabby.
